About Sleep

imo, i think your mind has great capacity to think without tiring out too easily. some people wished they could be just that. instead of worrying about not having enough of sleep, perhaps you should just not worried about it. if you happen to wake up at 5am, then just start your day doing that.
Thanks for the suggestion man, I've been thinking about doing that too. Two things prevent me from working at that hour. I forgot to mention that I feel miserable whenever I have to wake up at this time. I'm very very tired, my mind actually doesn't work that well, I can't remember anything, I'm in a bad mood, and I don't feel like talking to anyone. Best thing for me to do whenever I feel that way is to go to sleep except that ... i can't. The other problem is that I can't actually start work at 5am, office hours start around 7-8. So now I get to work at 7ish and by 11am I am totally drained. If you happened to call me or see me at this hour you'd know i wasn't myself. By 5pm I have to force myself to drive home and I just collapse into my couch when I get home.

I felt the same way when I went over to your house the other day, which is probably why you felt I wasn't all that lively.
take @sexaybeast advice. start off your day (even at 5am) with a smile. do something positive.
i like that idea =)
Since you're up so early anyways..why not do something that you'd normally put off till after work? Workout, ironing, washing, cooking, grooming, cleaning, reading...morning is suppose to be the best time for some exercise (in whatever form) ;)

I'm using the mornings now to catch up on movies and tv series actually =)

p/s: Don't exercise close to bed time. You should catch up on movies and tv series at night instead. :)
Thanks for the advice, these days I normally do some reading before I head to bed.
